Ingredients

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 green container mixed, chopped veggies (peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach - whatever youd like!)
  • 2 eggs (scrambled in bowl)
  • pepper (to taste)

Directions

  • Turn on stove to medium high heat. In skillet, place oil and garlic for 1-2 minutes.
  • Put veggies into the skillet, mixing with the garlic and allow it to cook for a few minutes.
  • Add eggs to veggie mix, stirring until the eggs are fully cooked.
  • Remove from heat and enjoy!
