• 3 cups almond flour
• 1/2 teaspoon himalayan pink salt
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup organic maple syrup
• 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 4 egg whites

Directions

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, himalayan pink salt, and unsweetened cocoa powder
• Add in the egg whites, organic maple syrup, and pure vanilla extract and whisk vigorously until it forms a thick but moist batter.
• Scoop the batter onto the baking sheet. Don't forget to leave some space between each cookie.
• Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cookies are firm and the top part begin to crack a little.
• Let the cookies rest for about 5 minutes before removing them from the baking sheet.
