  • 2 drops Food coloring, red

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 7½ ounces marshmallow fluff (1 jar)
• 1 teaspoon almond extract
• 2 - 3 drops red food coloring

Directions

• Let the cream cheese to stand at room temperature until softened
• Beat with electric mixer or rotary beater until smooth and creamy
• Add flavoring and the marshmallow fluff
• Continue to beat until well blended and smooth
• Add the few drops of food coloring carefully (a little goes a long way and this cake should be a delicate silvery pink)
