Just like we switch over our mindset to focus on fall foods once fall rolls around, we switch over to fall drinks as well – or so I do anyways! Deeper flavors and stronger spices (generally cinnamon make their way into the cocktail shaker this season. Today I’ve created an apple cider whiskey cocktail. Full of strong spices and warm fluids. Apples are definitely in season and I love mixing them into food recipes and drink recipes as well. These apples came special from my parents apple tree (which are the best apples around!
