Apple cinnamon roll cups

  • 2 1/2 cups Apples

  • 1 Crumble topping
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 8 pack Pillsbury 1-351g container pillsbury cinnamon rolls with icing

  • 1/2 tbsp Butter, light

Ingredients

• 1-351g container pillsbury cinnamon rolls with icing, 8 pack
• 2.5 cups peeled and diced apples
• ½ Tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• CRUMBLE TOPPING
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1 Tbsp brown sugar
• ½ Tbsp melted light butter (I use Gay Lea light)

Directions

• Preheat oven to 375F, spray a regular sized muffin pan,
• Roll out each cinnamon roll and push down into your muffin cups.
• Peel and dice your apples, mix in a bowl with ½ Tbsp brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon, divide into your 8 cups.
• In a small bowl mix your flour, brown sugar and melted butter to form a crumble, sprinkle over your apples.
• Bake in oven for approx 20 minutes.
• Drizzle with icing that comes in the pillsbury pack, I piped mine out of a small zip lock bag.
• Serve warm. The weight Watcher App scans these cinnamon rolls with icing at 6 smart points, the few things I added do not add any points per 1 cup.
