Ingredients

  • 1 round french baguette slice in 1 inch slices
  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup romano cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • Beat softened cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth.
  • Add in mayo, cheeses, and garlic salt. Combine until smooth. Fold in chopped artichoke hearts.
  • Spread 1-2 Tbsp of cheese mixture on each slice of bread.
  • Line cookie sheet with foil and place bruschetta on pan and broil on high 3-5 minutes until bubbly and golden.
