Bacon Cheddar Cheese Ball Wreath

  • 6 pieces Bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions

• In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese until somewhat fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
• Add in bacon, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and beat again.
• Use a spatula to scoop up cheese mixture and place in the center of a piece of plastic wrap. Wrap the plastic wrap around the cheese ball and flatten to about 1 1/2 thick and shape into a circle. Unwrap the flattened cheese ball and carefully flip it onto the plate you want to serve it on.
• Use a spoon to create the hole in the center of the wreath by pushing the cheese ball outward in all directions. Make your interior circle about 2 in diameter.
• Using your hands, spread the green onion on top and gently push them into the cheese ball wreath so they stick. Finally, place some chopped red peppers on top for garnish.
• Refrigerate covered for at least two hours before serving.
• Serve with lightly salted crackers.
