Directions

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  • 2. Slice the cheese lengthwise with a sharp, preferably serrated knife.
  • 3. Sprinkle one third of the brown sugar substitute on the bottom half of the cheese and press it to the cheese to make it hold well.
  • 4. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts evenly over the cheese. Press well to make it hold better.
  • 5. Cover with the other half of the cheese. Put the stuffed cheese aside for a while.
  • 6. Prepare the bacon weave.
  • 7. Sprinkle the rest of the sweetener evenly on the bacon weave. Press the sweetener well to the bacon weave.
  • 8. Place the cheese in the middle of the bacon weave.
  • 9. Take one corner of the bacon weave and fold it over the cheese.
  • 10. Next, take the opposite corner and fold it over the cheese.
  • 11. Continue with the rest of the corners.
  • 12. Turn the cheese over so that the folds stay under the cheese.
  • 13. Place the cheese in a baking dish.
  • 14. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese melted all over.
  • 15. Serve immediately.
