  • 15-25 uncooked shelled or unshelled shrimp
  • 1 lemon - sliced
  • 1 stick butter
  • Cajun or Italian Seasoning

Directions

  • Pre-heat your oven to 350
  • If your shrimp is frozen, place your shrimp in a bowl of cold water until thawed. This will take about 30 minutes. Dry each shrimp on a paper towel.
  • Melt the stick of butter in the oven until completely melted.
  • Take pan with melted butter out of the oven and place lemon slices on top of the butter and layer the pan.
  • Sprinkle your seasoning on top of the shrimp.
  • Layer your shrimp on the lemon slices and butter. If you desire, spoon some of the melted butter on top of the shrimp.
  • Bake in the oven for 10-13 minutes, or until your shrimp has turned pink.
  • You can use shelled or unshelled shrimp. I used unshelled shrimp and it was great.
