Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated
  • 4 tbsp. Unsalted Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • 3/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 4 fillets Flounder
  • to taste Black Pepper

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 425F. Pat the fish dry. Place the fillets in a baking dish, season with salt and pepper. In a small skillet, melt the butter over low heat. Add the bread crumbs, cheese and oil. Mix well. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the fillets. Bake the flounder fillets until they are cooked through and the topping is golden, about 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve.
