Ingredients

  • 1 banana ( ripe, sliced and frozen )
  • 1 vanilla protein powder ( scoop )
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk ( or other milk of your choice )
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes ( crushed )
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt ( or vanilla flavored )
  • 1/4 teaspoon rum extract 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg to taste caramel syrup ( optional ) to taste whipped topping, light ( optional ) to taste bananas ( extra for topping, optional ) Directions Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth, thick, and creamy.
