  • 1 can Ready-made milk chocolate frosting
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Ingredients

• 1 c. butter, softened
• 1 18 oz. jar peanut butter, divided (you can use creamy or chunky)
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. brown sugar, packed
• 2 t. vanilla
• 2 eggs
• ½ t. salt
• 1 t. baking soda
• 2 c. all-purpose flour
• 2 c. rolled oats
• 1 can ready-made Milk Chocolate Frosting

Directions

• Cream together butter and sugars and vanilla.
• Add 1/2 cup of the peanut butter.
• Beat in eggs one at a time. Mix well.
• Add dry ingredients and continue to mix, just until you can no longer see dry flour.
• Spread out onto greased jelly roll pan.
• Bake at 325° for 18 - 22 minutes or until golden, but do not over-bake.
• After it has been out of the oven for about 5 minutes, spread with the remaining peanut butter in the jar.
• Refrigerate until it firms up, then carefully spread with about ½ can ready made Milk Chocolate Frosting (it will spread easily if at room temperature.)
