Ingredients

  • 2 sliced bananas for the smoothie + 1 sliced banana for topping
  • 1 apple, sliced and core removed
  • 5 oz. Blueberry Pomegranate Sambazon freshie
  • ½ cup blueberries for the smoothie + ½ cup for topping
  • 1 tsp. flax seeds
  • 1 scoop of brown rice protein powder
  • ½ cup granola
  • 6 oz. Greek yogurt (optional)

Directions

  • Blend 2 bananas, 1 sliced apple, ½ cup blueberries, flax seeds, protein powder and 5 oz. of the Blueberry Pomegranate freshie in a blender.
  • Pour into two bowls.
  • Top each bowl with half of the sliced banana and ¼ cup fresh blueberries, granola and yogurt.
