Description

Everyone loves a yummy cookie and thats exactly what these Boyfriend Cookies bring to the table...a whole lot of yumminess! These cookies contain white, milk and semisweet chocolates mixed with a creamy peanut butter taste from the Reeses Pieces and peanut butter chips. These cookies are perfect for the holiday season!

Do you know how hard it is to prepare food for your family where you and one of your children can only eat certain things due to food allergies, but the other 2 people in your family can eat anything they want?? Hi…and welcome to my life!! It’s ok though…I have this figured out. By the way…I’m Amanda! I’m the creator, writer, cooker (as my son calls me) and amateur photographer of Recipes Worth Repeating! You’re going to love my recipes because I cater to both needs. My recipes can be made gluten-free, as well as traditional! Yes! You do have the option for both!

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)
  • In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars. You can use a KitchenAid on low speed or a hand mixer.
  • Add the instant pudding mix, eggs and vanilla to the bowl of creamed sugars and butter. Mix on low for 30 seconds.
  • Add in the flour and baking soda to the creamed mixture and mix on low for another minute until all the ingredients are mixed well. The mixer will start to slow down as its mixing all these ingredients together.
  • When the dough is done mixing, remove the whisk(s) from the mixer and fold in all the candy.
  • With your hands, combine about 2 Tablespoons worth of cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. (I usually use a small spring loaded cookie scoop).
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
