Ingredients

  • 1½ lbs brussels sprouts, with ends trimmed off and sliced in half lengthwise
  • 4 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 4 slices of cooked, crumbled bacon
  • ¼ C blue cheese
  • ¼ C dried cranberries
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and spread out brussels sprouts.
  • Drizzle balsamic vinegar, olive oil and garlic powder over brussels and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, until browned and tender.
  • Toss with bacon, blue cheese and cranberries.
  • Enjoy!
