Directions

• Heat oven to 350°F. Combine 1 1/4 cups flour and all remaining ingredients except candied fruit and walnuts in large bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until well mixed. Stir in remaining 1 cup flour, candied fruit and nuts by hand.Pour into 6 greased and floured mini (5 1/2x3-inch) loaf pans. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely. .
