Ingredients

  • 5 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 lbs Jumbo Shrimp, peeled
  • ½ Tablespoon of Dried Oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of Celery Salt
  • ½ teaspoon of Mustard Powder
  • 1-2 drops of Shrimp & Crab Boil (Zatarains)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of Coconut Flour
  • 3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  • Heat a large frying pan to medium and add the butter. When it melts, add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the shrimp, stir until the shrimps are coated with butter, then mix in the oregano, cayenne pepper, celery salt, mustard, and crab boil.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes until shrimps turn opaque. Turn off the heat.
  • Sprinkle in the coconut flour a little at a time until you reach the desired thickness and texture. You may not need all of the coconut flour.
  • Toss in the olive oil and serve!
