Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 6 tablespoons Baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 2 eggs 1 cup 2% milk 4 tablespoons cooking oil 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips Directions Combine all ingredients in large bowl Whisk until combined Heat your griddle to approx 350 degrees L adle batter into rou nds & cook until bub bles start to form o n the surface - flip Cannoli Filling 2    cups    ricotta cheese 3    tablespoons    whipped topping, light 1/2    cup    confectioners sugar ( plus additional for dusting ) Vanilla extract 1/4    cup    mini chocolate chips    to taste    chocolate syrup ( for garnish ) Filling Whisk ricotta in large bowl until smooth Add in confectioners sugar & vanilla & whisk until combined Fold in whipped topping & chocolate chips Assemble layer cannoli filling between pancakes & top with a large scoop of filling on top Dust with confectioners sugar & drizzle with chocolate syrup Enjoy Servings 8 From Kleinworth & Co.
