Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Salted Caramel Ice Cream or Gelato (I have used Trader Joes and Haagen Daz brand)
• 1 cup Sparkling Apple Cider
• Whipped Cream
• Caramel Ice Cream Topping

Directions

• Scoop ice cream into a glass and pour over sparkling apple cider. Top with whipped cream and caramel if desired.
