Caramel Apple Pudding Shots

Ingredients

- 1 Peanuts

Condiments
- 1/2 cup Caramel sauce plus more

Baking & Spices
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce packages Butterscotch pudding mix, instant
- 16 oz Cool whip
- 1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce packages Vanilla pudding mix, instant

Dairy
- 1 1/2 cups Milk

Beer, Wine & Liquor
- 1/2 cup Apple brandy or apple pucker schnapps
- 1 cup Irish cream or butterscotch schnapps

Directions

Mix pudding and milk until well blended.
Add apple brandy, Irish cream, pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 cup caramel, mix well.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Divide into individual servings. I used a pastry bag and piped the pudding into 1 ounce cups
Top with a squeeze of caramel sauce and a sprinkle of peanuts.
Keep in freezer.
