Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 1 (24-ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
• ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
• 1 (20-ounce) refrigerated cheese tortellini
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella

Directions

• In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
• Stir in the spaghetti sauce and crushed red pepper flakes (optional.) Add in the cheese tortellini and simmer for 5 minutes.
• Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
• Serve hot.
