Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 boston lettuce
  • ½ cup peas
  • ½ cup carrots grated
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ english cucumber
  • 6 green onions
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 4 eggs

Directions

  • Mix the first 6 ingredients in a small bowl to make the dressing for the salad.
  • Julienne the lettuce, grate the carrots, slice the cucumber, onions, tomatoes and eggs.
  • Mix all the salad ingredients together and plate in a salad bowl. Drizzle with the dressing.
