    • 2 tbsp Almond milk

    • 200 g Rolled oats
  • Canned Goods

    • 125 g Chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • Condiments

    • 1 tsp Honey
    • 3 heaped tbsp Peanut butter, Crunchy or Smooth
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 dash Cinnamon
    • 1 level tbsp Cocoa powder
    • 1 large pinch Salt
  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 100 g Coconut, dessicated
  • Other

    • plus another 50g dessicated coconut

Ingredients

  • 125g / 5 scoops chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 3 heaped tbsp peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 1 level tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200g rolled oats
  • 100g dessicated coconut
  • 1 tsp honey
  • dash cinnamon
  • large pinch salt
  • 2-4 tbsp almond milk
  • plus another 50g dessicated coconut

Directions

  • In a food processor, combine the protein powder, cocoa powder, oats, cinnamon and salt and add the peanut butter, honey and almond milk. Pulse until everything is combined and sticky but not wet. If its too wet, add some more oats, and if its too dry and failing to come together, add more peanut butter or almond milk. Pinch off walnut sized balls of mixture and and roll (grease your hands in a little sunflower oil first) into ball shapes, then roll in dessicated coconut. Store in the fridge for up to a week!
