Chocolate-Dipped Mocha Iced Coffee Popsicles

  • 1 cup Dark chocolate chips

  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil

  • 5/8 cup Heavy cream

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups Internal Delight Iced Coffee Mocha
• 1/2 cup + 2 tbs heavy cream
• 1 cup dark chocolate chips
• 2 tbs coconut oil

Directions

• Stir iced coffee and heavy cream in a large measuring cup or bowl. Pour into popsicle molds. Add sticks and freeze for 4-5 hours or overnight. When you take the popsicles out, youll dip them in the magic shell.
• To make magic shell: Stir chocolate chips and coconut oil together. Microwave at 30 second intervals until melted. Dip popsicles half way.
