Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 ½ cups milk (whichever type you prefer)
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 4 cups old-fashioned oats

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, water, maple syrup, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Add the oats and stir until combined.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 45-50 minutes, stirring once after 15 minutes. Oatmeal is done when it is set and lightly browned on top. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
