  • 11 oz Melting chocolate, white
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar

Ingredients

• 5 1/2 oz. white melting chocolate
• 4-5 cups rice chex cereal
• 2 tbs. Hersheys creamy vanilla pudding mix
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 5 1/2 oz. white melting chocolate
• 4-5 cups rice chex cereal
• 2 tbs. Hersheys chocolate pudding mix
• 1/2 cup crushed Oreos (I used mini Oreos)
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions

• In a microwave safe bowl melt the white chocolate on defrost for 30 seconds. Repeat until the chocolate is almost fully melted. Once its practically melted whisk in the vanilla pudding mix. Pour the mixture over 4-5 cups of rice chex cereal and lightly stir until the cereal is evenly coated. Once covered evenly stir in the powdered sugar to evenly coat the cereal pieces. Store in an airtight container or a zipper lock bag.
