Ingredients

• 1 can(s) beef stock or broth, 12 - 14 oz.
• 1/2 c heavy ceam
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 2 Tbsp water

Directions

• 1In a medium saucepan bring beef stock to a boil. Add heavy cream to stock and return to a slow boil. 2Mix together the water and cornstarch; add slowly to boiling liquid, stirring constantly, til desired thickness is reached. Remove from heat and serve.
