  • Produce

    • 2 cups Cranberries, fresh
    • 1 tbsp Ginger, fresh
    • 1 Lemon, zest and juice from
    • 2 Pears
  • Condiments

    • 2 tbsp Honey
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 Cinnamon stick
    • 3 Cloves, whole
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries (or 8 ounce bag of cranberries)
  • 2 pears, peeled and finely diced (I use Bartlett, Danjou or Bosc)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 3 whole cloves*
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • zest and juice from one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a large saucepan set over medium heat. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer. Simmer for 25 minutes. Mash remaining whole berries. Remove cinnamon stick and cloves. Refrigerate in sealed jars until ready to serve.
