  • 5 tilapia fillets (1lb)
  • 20 oz fresh spinach
  • 3 tbsp butter, sliced
  • 1½ cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • SAUCE:
  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅔ cup sour cream
  • ⅔ cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1½ tsp old bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp adobe seasoning
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp salt

Directions

  • Pack spinach onto the bottom of a baking dish. Top with butter slices and layer the fish fillets over the top.
  • Combine the sauce ingredients and evenly spread over the top of the casserole.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and bake in a preheated 500 degree F oven for 10 minutes.
  • Serve.
