Creamy Buffalo Salad Dressing

  • 2 tsp Chives, Fresh
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro, fresh
  • 2 tsp Parsley, fresh

• Condiments

  • 1/3 Generous cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 Salt and pepper

• Dairy

  • 1/3 Scant cup Sour cream

Ingredients

• Generous 1/3 cup mayonnaise
• Scant 1/3 cup sour cream
• 2-3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons of your favorite hot sauce, or however many you would like to add, Im a bit of a whimp when it comes to spicy...
• About 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
• About 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
• About 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Enough milk or buttermilk to make the dressing your desired consistency.

Directions

• Mix all the ingredients together except the salt and pepper and milk.
• Splash in milk until it is the desired consistency,
• I like mine a little on the thin side.
• Season to taste and toss over your favorite salad. I love this dressing with chicken and romaine!
