  • 2/3 cups Feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup Milk

Ingredients

• 2/3 cups feta cheese, crumbled
• 1/3 cup milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk)
• 1/2 cup authentic Greek yogurt (I used Fage)
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 Tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
• 2 Large cloves fresh garlic (finely minced)
• 2 Tablespoons finely chopped green onions
• 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

• Place feta cheese and milk in a bowl, and mash together with a fork to break apart any large chunks.
• Mix in the yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, green onion, dill, and oregano. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
• Cover and chill dressing for a few hours before serving.
