Crock Pot No Boil Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

• 5 lbs redskin potatoes
• ¾ cup chicken broth
• 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup sour cream
• 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• ½ to ¾ cup butter, softened and sliced
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

• Peel (if desired) and cube up your potatoes and place them in your crock pot
• Pour chicken broth over all your potatoes
• Cover and cook on high for 2-4 hours or low for 4-8 hours, they are ready to be mashed when they are fork tender
• Mash potatoes with your minced garlic, sour cream, cream cheese, butter, salt and pepper
• Return to crock pot to keep warm until serving
