Ingredients

• Lemon Infused Simple Syrup:
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup evaporated cane juice
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Drink:
• 5-6 ice cubes
• 3 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons Lemon Infused Simple Syrup:
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 1/2 shots of Crown Royal Vanilla Whisky
• A few of each: frozen strawberries blueberries, and red raspberries

Directions

• In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, add water, evaporated cane juice, and lemon zest. Stir to combine. Boil for 2-3 minutes until sugar has fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
• Add frozen berries into a glass. Set aside. In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes, lemon juice, lemon infused simple syrup, water, and Crown Royal Vanilla Whisky. Shake for 10 seconds. Strain cocktail into the glass with frozen berries. Serve with a lemon slice and drink immediately!
