Ingredients

  • 6 ounces low fat cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
  • 6 slices of whole wheat sandwich bread
  • 1 small or 1/2 big cucumber, thinly sliced (use a mandoline)

Directions

  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese, dill and lemon zest.
  • Toast all the slices of bread.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread then top with the cucumber.
