Description

Is it a brownie? Or is it a cookie? We don’t care, this delicious combination can’t really be beat. It’s the best of both worlds. This brookie bar will be hard to put down; it’s a crumbly cookie inside and a fudgy brownie everywhere else. It can’t go wrong!

Ingredients

1 pkg. brownie mix
1 pkg. refrigerated cookie dough

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Make the brownie mix according to the package’s instruction. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish. Thaw out the cookie dough until it’s soft. Place spoonfuls of the dough in the brownie mixture. Bake the batter for 35 minutes or until the cookie is golden brown.
