    • 1 fresh 4 cup fresh squeeze Lemon juice

    • 1/2 tsp Cayenne
    • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
    • 1 tsp Turmeric, powder
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 1 tsp Bragg apple cider vinegar

    • 6 cups Water

Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 1 red onion - diced
  • 3 garlic cloves - minced
  • 5 celery stalks - chopped
  • 6 carrots
  • 2 heads of broccoli florets (stalks removed)
  • 2 medium zucchini - chopped
  • 1 cup fresh tomatoes - chopped (approx. 4 small tomatoes)
  • 1 head of kale (approx. 2 cups) - stems removed and torn into small pieces
  • 1 tsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger (peeled and minced)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne powder (or to taste if you dont like spice)
  • 1/4 cup fresh squeeze lemon juice

Directions

  • In a large pot, warm 1/2 cup (of the 6 cups) of water on medium-high heat. Add in onion and garlic.
  • Once the onion has softened a bit (after about 2-3 minutes), add in the rest of the water.
  • Then, begin adding in the rest of the veggies and spices (except kale, lemon juice, and vinegar), and bring the soup to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-high, and allow the veggies to simmer and soften for around 10-15 minutes.
  • Add kale, lemon juice, and vinegar into the detox soup. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • SERVE and BE WELL!
