- 1 Mushrooms

Description

Whether you are camping with the scouts, chilling with the family or in the back yard with friends, baked ziti is a comfort dish that always gets rave reviews. It is kind of a one pot “add what ever you like” kind of dish. A BIG shout out to my good friend Mark Kapp for the great picture and wonderful dish.

1 pound italian pork sausage ( bulk )
to taste green peppers ( diced )
to taste onion ( diced )
to taste mushrooms ( sliced )
1 spaghetti sauce ( jar, your choice )
to taste mozzarella cheese Directions In a Dutch oven sitting on bottom heat, brown sausage until done. Add peppers an d onions, stir and c ook until crisp tend er, 3-4 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook another 2 minutes.
