Easy Cream of Mushroom Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon canola oil
• 4 bone-in pork loin chops
• 2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
• ½ cup milk
• 1 can (10¾ ounces) Cream of Mushroom Soup
• 2 teaspoon dried minced onion
• ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
• 2 - 4 ounce cans sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions

• Coat 12-inch non-stick skillet (with lid) with canola oil and heat over medium heat.
• Add pork chops and brown on both sides (about 8 minutes).
• In a small bowl, stir together the Cream of Mushroom soup, milk, garlic, onion, black pepper and drained mushrooms.
• Pour over browned pork chops.
• Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
