Easy Paleo Chocolate

Description

Ingredients

• ½ cup coconut oil (measured as liquid)
• ½ cup cacao powder
• 2 tablespoons honey (more if you like sweeter chocolate)
• pinch of salt (about ⅛ teaspoon)
• ADD INS
• ¼ teaspoon mint extract OR
• ½ cup unsweetened finely shredded coconut OR
• 2 tablespoons instant coffee

Directions

• Place coconut oil, cacao powder, and honey in a sauce pan and heat over medium heat until combined.
• Use a whisk to make sure all lumps are gone.
• Remove from heat and stir in any additions.
• Once smooth, pour into molds or onto a tray and place in the freezer for at least an hour to harden.
• Remove from molds and store in the freezer.
• They will melt at room temperature because of the coconut oil.
