Ingredients

  • Baking & Spices

    • 3 tbsp Confectioners' sugar
    • 1 Topping
    • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

    • 1/2 cup Heaving whipping cream
  • Frozen

    • 4 cups Vanilla icecream

    • 4 Maraschino cherries
  • Beer, Wine & Liquor

    • 1 1/4 cup Eggnog

  • 1 1/4 Cup eggnog
  • 1 1/4 Cup Sprite
  • 4 Cups vanilla icecream
  • topping
  • 1/2 Cup heaving whipping cream
  • 3 Tablespoons confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 maraschino cherries

Directions

  • Begin whipping the heavy whipping cream, vanilla (Mexican extract is the best), and confectioners sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Pour 1/4 Cup eggnog into each glass.
  • Then add 1/4 Cup Sprite into each glass.
  • Spoon in 3 generous scoops of vanilla ice cream (about one cup)
  • Top ice cream with 2 Tablespoons eggnog and 2 Tablespoons Sprite
  • Then cover the float with whipping cream and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
