Fried Eggrolls

• Meat

  • 4 Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 package Cole slaw mix

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 Oil

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 1 package Wonton wrappers

Ingredients

• 1 package wonton wrappers
• 4 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
• 1 package cole slaw mix
• oil

Directions

• Begin by cooking your chicken breasts in your crockpot. Drizzle a little olive oil on and cook until breasts are cooked through.
• Let chicken cool then shred. Set aside.
• Sautee cole slaw in a pan with a little olive oil until it is limp.
• Add shredded chicken breast for a few minutes until all mixed.
• Add slaw and chicken mixture to the middle of your wonton wrapper. Fold up the sides one at a time and for the last fold add a little water so it sticks.
• Fry your eggrolls until golden brown.
