Fruity Pebbles White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 & 1/4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 & 1/2 sticks unsalted butter (room temp)
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 (3.4 oz) box of instant vanilla pudding mix
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
• 1 & 1/4 cups white chocolate chips

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
• In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
• With an electric mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Add in the dry pudding mix and beat until well blended. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract.
• Slowly add the flour and baking soda into the wet ingredients a little at a time. Mix until combined. Stir in the Fruity Pebbles and white chocolate chips.
• Drop cookies onto baking sheets. I used a medium cookie scoop for mine. Bake for around 10 minutes or until edges just start to brown.
