Gail's Potato Chip Cookies

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Powdered confectioner's sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vanilla extract

Ingredients

• 2 cups butter, softened to room temperature
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
• 1½ cups crushed Lays Potato Chips
• Powdered (confectioners) sugar (for dusting)

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• In mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar with an electric mixer.
• Add vanilla and mix.
• Next, add flour and mix well.
• Then, add potato chips and mix well.
• Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
• Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2 minutes.
• Remove from cookie sheet and transfer to cooling rack.
• Dust with powdered sugar and allow to cool completely.
