  • 1 2-inch cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp Cardamom, seeds
  • 1 tsp Cloves
  • 1/4 Nutmeg, average sized
  • 1 tsp Peppercorns, black

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp cardamom seeds
• 1 2 inch cinnamon stick
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp cloves
• 1 tsp black peppercorns
• 1/4 average sized nutmeg

Directions

• Put all ingredients in a spice grinder, coffee grinder, or use a mortar and pestle.
• Grind until spices are fine, about 30-40 seconds in a machine.
• Use immediately, or store in an airtight container.
