Garlic Bread Chex Mix

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teaspoon parsley
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
• ⅔ cup parmesan
• 3 cups chex
• 3 cups corn chex
• 2 cups pretzels
• ¼ cup butter, melted
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• In a large bowl, combine cereal and pretzels. Set aside.
• Stir basil, parsley and garlic together with the melted butter. Pour over the cereal mix and stir with a spatula until evenly coated. Stir in Parmesan Cheese.
• Spread mix on an un-greased cookie sheet with sides. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool on the cookie sheet before serving. Store in a tightly sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
