    • 1 Salt & pepper

    • 1 tbsp Olive oil

    • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 Cup of Chopped Broccoli
  • 1 Cup of Chopped Cauliflower
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1/4 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Chop up broccoli and cauliflower into quarter size pieces. Be sure to trim away the tough stems.
  • Mince garlic until very fine.
  • Spread veggies over a cookie sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with chopped garlic.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until a fork can slide in easily.
  • Remove and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to oven for 1-2 more minutes.
