Title:

Garlic Soy & Lime Chicken Marinade

Descrition:

This is by far, my favorite chicken marinade! The soy in the marinade acts as a brine and makes this chicken come out incredibly juicy! I don't think I have used any other marinade since I starting using this one. I marinade mine over night and grill it in large batches to eat for lunches during the week. : Here are your ingredients: 1/4 soy sauce (I use low sodium 4 large garlic cloves minced 1 tsp liquid smoke 3 tbsp olive oil juice from 2 limes 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup brown sugar About 2 lbs of chicken Dump all of your ingredients in either a mason jar or a ziploc bag and shake it up. I like to pound my chicken breast to about a half inch thick so they cook faster. I usually use a pound of chicken breasts and use half of my jar of marinade. I just save the other half in the jar in the fridge. It'll keep for a couple weeks. Add all of your chicken to a ziploc bag and pour in your marinade. You should let it marinade over night...that will give you the juiciest chicken :  After you've marinaded your chicken, you can prepare it however you'd like. I like to grill mine because it stays nice and juicy and the flavor from the grill really brings out that liquid smoke flavor :  I grill mine on hight heat for 4 minutes per side. And that's it! Let me know what you think! : [amd-zlrecipe-recipe:8]
