I skipped the flour and this still turned out great. The sauce reduced to almost a creamy consistency. My guests loved it and soaked up the sauce with toasted baguette slices.

The lemon peel and juice should have measurements instead of peel and juice of l lemon. I believe mine was too large. The shrimp was perfect but couldnt taste them because the lemon sauce overpowered them.

We made this with orzo the other night. It was easy and delicious! I doubled the amount of sauce as previously suggested. Even leftovers were tasty!
