Ingredients

  • ¾ Cup Roasted Hatch Chilies, stemmed, seeded, and chopped
  • 1 Can Chickpeas
  • ¾ Cup Sesame Tahini
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • ½ Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • ½ Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • ½ Teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ¼ Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Za’atar
  • Smoked Spanish Paprika
  • Cilantro Leaves

Directions

  • Put everything in a food processor except the olive oil. Pulse, drizzling the olive oil in until smooth.
