Ham and Apple Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

  • 2 tsp Rosemary, fresh leaves

• Condiments

  • 1/2 cup Apricot jam
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 8 slices Italian sliced bread, crusty

  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 cup Gruyere cheese

  • 1 package Natureraised farms uncured smoked sliced ham

Ingredients

• 8 slices crusty Italian Sliced Bread
• 1/2 cup apricot jam
• 1/3 cup dijon mustard
• 1 package NatureRaised Farms Uncured Smoked Sliced Ham
• 1 Granny Smith Apple, thinly sliced
• 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
• 2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary leaves
• 1/2 tablespoon butter

Directions

• Spread jam and mustard over the sliced bread.
• Arrange ham slices over 4 slices of bread.
• Add sliced apples and mounds of cheese over the ham.
• Season with rosemary and close sandwiches with the remaining slices.
• Melt butter in a saute pan over medium heat.
• Grill sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
• Serve immediately.
